Accessibility statement
Menza works to give every guest service that is equal, respectful, accessible and professional, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the regulations under it.
At the restaurant
- There is disabled parking close to the restaurant.
- There is an accessible route from the parking, through the entrance and all the way inside.
- Our team is happy to help with anything you need. Just ask any of us.
On this website
The site follows Israeli Standard 5568 for web accessibility at level AA, along with the international WCAG guidelines. This includes:
- A clear heading structure, page landmarks and a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the menu tabs, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Alt text for images and enough color contrast to read comfortably.
- A layout that works on small screens and with browser zoom.
- Respect for your device's reduced motion setting.
The accessibility menu
Every page has an "Accessibility" button in the bottom left corner. It opens a menu where you can make the text bigger or smaller, turn on high contrast or grayscale, highlight links, switch to a more readable font and stop animations. Your choices stay in place until you change or reset them.
